To earn the CAC credential, team members at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai & Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay completed a comprehensive training program through IBCCES, focused on autism awareness, sensory sensitivities, and best practices for service and communication. This certification ensures that guests on the autism spectrum—and their families—can expect a safe, supportive, and well-informed experience from check-in to check-out.

- Fidget tools available upon request at the front desk
- Designated low-sensory areas to allow guests moments of calm and quiet
- Clearly labeled menus in all restaurants with allergy matrices and vegetarian/vegan options to accommodate dietary sensitivities
- Staff trained in compassionate communication, ensuring respectful, patient, and personalized service
