Six Flags Hurricane Harbor New Jersey

New Jersey’s Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is one of America’s largest waterparks. This windswept, tropically themed paradise is located next to Six Flags Great Adventure and Safari, the World’s Ultimate Thrill Park. Hurricane Harbor features more than 30 thrill slides including Big Wave Racer, Tornado and Juhranimo Falls, a massive, million-gallon wave pool, half-mile lazy river and two interactive, family water play areas. In 2019, Hurricane Harbor debuted Calypso Springs, a 100,000-gallon family activity pool with a spontaneously erupting geyser. This was the park’s largest water expansion since opening its gates in 2000. The new area also includes a sizeable lounge deck for soaking up the summer sun, and a new dining location. The waterpark’s two pools, two family water play areas and lazy river are easily accessible with beach-style (or zero) entry. All raft and body slides are accessible by stairs. Expedited slide access is not available. During COVID-19, safety protocols have been enhanced, and reservations and advance tickets are required.
