Intentional Foods is a restaurant in Mesa founded by Lisa and Brendan Heath. This cafe was inspired by their middle daughter Sarah that has life-threatening food allergies. Their desire was to create a place friends and family could break bread together in a worry-free environment.
When you or someone you love has celiac disease and or food allergies, finding safe food is a challenge, which can lead to feelings of isolation. All meals at Intentional Foods are created from scratch and made without the top 9 most common food allergens. This means no peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, egg, shellfish, seafood or sesame. By creating Intentional Foods we are hoping to build community and inspire inclusion.
